"The Hotel Indigo Bridgetown was even better than my family and I could've hoped for. The staff is incredible and immediately make you feel at home. I have to give special recognition to the front desk staff who felt like friends by the end of our stay. The location is central to so many things. The pool and pool deck are super relaxing. If there is any negative, and this is being picky, but the food was fairly average for such an impressive hotel."

"The staff were extremely kind and attendant to our needs. The breakfast was great. The place was clean and 5 min walk to the fish fry and bars/ nightlife. The other sister property make it worth while, however reservations for transport to the other resort is listed as “dine out” and we weren’t told it really meant. Overall it was a great stay."

"Great Place to spend a few days, the have 4 food places and a coffe shop with great Ice Cream. I recommend it"

"As our flight was delayed 6 hours, we didn’t arrive until 10 p.m. and everything was closed at the hotel. Departed at noon the next day, but did manage to walk around the property and checked out beach area which was limited, thus we would likely choose another location next time as we like longer beach walks. Room was very spacious and clean with large sliding doors and windows overlooking road vs waterfront, but was not a problem. Expensive for a short one night stay for what was offered."

"The housekeeping did a very very bad job. Did not clean the room well. Also the aisles and the stairs were always dirty. The housekeeping were also not friendly and did a very bad job at putting clean towels. There was always lacking some. Also did not change the bedsheet as supposed to. I must say, 2 of the staff members were very friendly and kind. Ms. Rosita from the front desk and mr. Adrain from the security. Adrian was the sweetest. Also very helpful. They definitely stood out. I loved the beach view. That’s why very unfortunate that the hotel is in such a bad state. It definitely needs to be upgraded. "
