"In general nice property, quiet neighborhood. We had two families with one child each and it was a little tight on space and managing with one bathroom however not the properties fault we know better next time we need more space. The proximity to the beach was nice and a selling point. House did not have a lot of games or laundry detergent/extra trash bags so I would pack a few if booking. The management company was quick to respond and accommodated our requests."

"Great place! We had 24 family members with plenty of room to spread out, cook and eat, have family games and activities. Location was great for walking on the beach and through the adjoining State Park. Kitchen was large with a second kitchen for additional cooking. Everything was in good working order and clean throughout. Everyone said they would be up for coming back here again."

"The yard is awesome, of course the hot tub at the top of the hill was the best, and we enjoyed the firepit as well. The house was a tidy little cottage at which we enjoyed our stay. It’s within a short walk to the National Park and downtown Miller Beach. The neighborhood is fine, pretty secluded, and still close to most attractions."

"We enjoyed our stay at Sandhill Flat. The check in process was easy and communication was clear. The place is spacious, clean and stocked well. I was impressed they provided some coffee and sugar packets. We enjoyed the spacious backyard, grill and hot tub in the evenings. We were close to the park and beach . We would return."
