"Von der Buchung der Zimmer ein völlig anderes Bild vor Ort, wie auf den Bildern… Das Zimmer war dementsprechend nicht wirklich das was ich gebucht hatte, aber da alles ausgebucht war, konnte auch nicht geholfen werden. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
