"This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."

"Todo perfecto y servicio excelente, acostumbraba reservar varias veces al año, solo una crítica constructiva, ahora tienen una nueva norma y es que le dicen a los clientes durante el check in que cuando hagan check out tienen que abandonar las facilidades. Me sorprendió mucho esta nueva disposición ya que antes se podía hacer check out y seguir disfrutando de las facilidades . De hecho acostumbrada hacerlo y continúa consumiendo del Restaurant que tienen en la piscina. En la manera que te lo dice es como si te echaran (botarán) del hotel. No lo encuentro justo."

"I’ve stayed at Ventana al Atlántico several times, and every single visit has been a great experience. The customer service is always excellent—friendly, responsive, and attentive. The place is consistently clean and peaceful, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy. The owner is very courteous and welcoming, which adds a personal touch that keeps me coming back. The location is also perfect—close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still feels private and calm. For everything it offers, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Ventana al Atlántico to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in the area!"

"Beautiful place for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Good central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities from Rincon to Fajardo. Check in was a breeze. We were promptly greeted, given the keys and a tour. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and in good working order.We spent the majority of our time in the backyard and patio. Good pool but a bit difficult to get out of. Needs a ladder or an extra step to make it easierThe no-seeums are very active here so make sure you use the spray when sitting out sideThis place is a gem. We will definitely consider staying here again"
