"We were welcomed by our host Stephanie and shown to our room. Disappointed to find it opened directly on to the dining room. Could clearly hear conversation from guests in the next room through the walls. Our bedroom and bathroom were both large in size with teas/coffees and kettle which were welcome. Good breakfast of orange juice, cereals, toast and jams, and cheese. Quiet peaceful location."

"Staff could be more friendly and offering snacks throughout the afternoon in the beautiful foyer would be a great idea. Also, parking is difficult as is finding the way from the car park to the front door of the hotel. Overall, a fantastic looking building with a superb spa so worth visiting despite the challenges."
