"Everything was amazing...the property was as described. The host and property manager were very approachable and responded quickly when needed. Fanny, the property manager is a treasure! We felt very comfortable and safe. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I'd say would be to provide a light for the backyard area. "This hotel is marketed as up class and swanky. We were put in a room that was pretty much a humid basement (with a dehumidifier to boot!) right next to the pool and an exit door. Other than hearing the neighboring rooms conversation thanks to the paper thin walls we were accosted by the constant opening and closing of the exit door at all hours. Especially in the early morning by the house keeper and the relentless foot traffic of a wedding. The vibe is cute but it’s an average at best hotel akin to a lower value la Quinta. "
