When we arrived at the property we were very impressed on how clean the outsude was. We got checked in and the staff was very friendly and was willing to help with anything we needed. Fiod and convenience stores were close by. The common areas and the rooms were so clean and smelled good. We have family in this area and we will be stating here when we are in town. I give this 11 stars out if 10

The employees(owners?) were the most attentive hotel staff I've ever experienced. The room was spotless and comfortable. If you're looking for reasonably priced extremely clean lodging, this can't be beat!

It was appropriate for the on-line information on their website not to highlight that a stay at Garnett Hotel and RV includes breakfast ....basic at best, but even at that a "scarcity" mentality! (1) bagel (2) packets of oatmeal NO protein food choices You question whether the management is attempting to to make a return visit.
