"The sofa bed for my kids was not put together correctly and the head of the bed was at a 45 degree angle so it was sitting up almost like a hospital bed does. The staff didn’t believe me that a bed is supposed to be flat and said they had never received a complaint about it before. We had to put the mattress on the floor just to get them comfortable. "
