• Great location on the River Walk — easy access to restaurants, attractions, walking paths
• Clean and pleasant ambiance in many areas (lobby, public spaces) — staff friendliness praised in other reviews
• Toilet not flushing properly
The flush mechanism was weak or inconsistent, leaving waste behind or requiring multiple flushes.
• Door is tight to close
The room door felt difficult to shut smoothly. It often required effort or repeated attempts, which can be frustrating especially when carrying luggage or in a hurry.
• AC / Temperature control issue
Though I set the thermostat to 76 °F, the room got excessively cold.
This suggests a calibration issue, poor insulation, or an overactive cooling system.
