Unfreundliche Chefin mit anderer Wohnung

Wir waren zu Besuch beim Ultratrail in Garmisch. Deshalb wurde eine EG Wohnung in der Nähe gebucht. 3 Tage vor Ankunft bekam ich eine E-Mail mit 11 Uhr CHECK-IN. Als ich vor Ort angerufen habe wo ich den Schlüssel bekomme, wurde mir von der Chefin sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung erst um 15 Uhr fertig ist. Um 15 Uhr sind wir dann ins Büro gefahren um die Schlüssel zu holen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett, hat mir aber mitteilen müssen dass wir jetzt eine andere Wohnung mit anderem Standort haben. Diese Wohnung war dann im 2ten Og. Statt einer Entschuldigung oder ein Entgegenkommen, wurden mir noch zusätzlich 5 Euro fürs WLAN abkassiert.
