"Breakfast was good, it could benefit from fresh fruit like melon and grapes, and maybe a better selection of lacto free options. Our first and only dinner in the restaurant was unfortunately a huge disappointment as the food was obviously microwaved and it was still cold when it came to the table. Overall the hotel experience was very good, situated in a great place with easy access to central Paris. Beds where comfortable and no noise from the street or other patrons. Underground parking for a fair fee per night. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family."

"Breakfast was just ok, lacking of vegetables and fruits. Room is cleaned but all bed sheets only change when requested. Room is just bed and one small table, nothing else (no cups, no fridge, no safety box, no coffees in room…) everything you need have to come down to the lobby. "

"I didn’t know that we had to declare the number of kids. I booked a room fit for 4. I was traveling with my kids 4 & 6 yrs old. I wasn’t aware that kids are counted as adults and they made me book another room. My problem was with the attitude of the staff. I arrived late at night after a long trip. The sraff has no empathy and they were trying to sell me an extra room for highest price possible. I have travelled many countries but the arrogance of the front desk in this hotel is just in another level. The rooms were good and the location is ok but will not recommend the property to anyone because of the staff. "
