Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

The rooms are so quiet (mine was near street level and it was so quiet and the curtains were so dark I thought it was like 3am when it was 8am) the staff is lovely and helpful.
