"We stayed for a girls weekend to enjoy the Christmas prelude in Kennebunkport! The condominium was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us. We were able to walk to downtown Kennebunk and enjoy a nice dinner. We were able to take a cab to Kennebunkport for the winter prelude. It was nice to be able to come back to the condo and relax and regroup before heading out for more activities. Great communication with the host who was very receptive to all our questions. We hope to be back again one day."

"Everything was as expected. House was sparkling clean with plenty of towels, little amenities, etc. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome. Perfect for a little getaway!"

We had everything we could need, including plenty of hot water and a very convenient location for anything you could want to do the area! "My friends and I rented the house for my bachelorette weekend and we had the best time! This house was perfect because there were lots of gathering spaces both inside the house and outside on the deck and beautifully landscaped backyard so we could all spend time together no matter the weather and also plenty of space for us all to unwind with some alone time. There were more than enough beds for everyone and they were comfortable and clean. The pool and backyard was definitely the highlight of the weekend! We all loved relaxing on the lounge chairs, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, cooking dinner on the grill, and doing cannonballs into the heated saltwater pool!!The location was also great because the house is in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to lots of restaurants, stores, and entertainment on route 1. We went to downtown Ogunquit two of the nights and had the most fun singing karaoke and dancing our feet off! We highly recommend Patio 03907 in Ogunquit for delicious food, strong drinks, welcoming and friendly staff, and beautiful views of the water!The host, Kevin, was very responsive to messages and answered all our questions both before and during our stay. He even allowed us a later checkout time which was a huge help! This property was the perfect setting for the most unforgettable weekend and I can’t wait to come back someday!"

"Despite having charming photos and even looking "nice" inside; our trip here was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. However, even that key didn't work well and kept getting stuck in the door. One appeal of this property was it's "dog friendly" policy. This enabled us to bring our dog (great right?l. Not really. My friend spent the first evening wiping urine off the baseboards left by a previous tenant. We called property management and they said they would notify the property manager about the urine on the walls and the leaking air conditioner. Yes, the AC couldn't be used without creating water damage on the furniture below it so we opted to keep it off. We really thought our problems would be resolved, but they were not. Our final straw was when we discovered the powerful odor of human urine in the shower. Absolutely foul. Best part? Leaving."

"My wife, adult son, and I stayed here with our 45 lb dog. The check in was very smooth once we figured out the correct driveway. The parking area was fine.The place was spacious with 2 good size bedrooms, a nice kitchen, dining area, and living space with TV (which we did not use). The hosts have stocked the place well as they have coffee (regular and decaf), lots of linens, and even laundry detergent! The beds were comfortable. House is close to the neighbors but the area was very quiet and residential. We were less than a 10 minute walk from downtown Kennebunk with shops and restaurants. We even found some nice walking trails a couple of blocks away. While we did not use them, the hosts have some beach chairs and towels, a standing fan, lots of kitchen appliances including a toaster and an air fryer(?). The place was very clean!Our son did some Zoom meetings and the Wifi worked well. Overall, this was a perfect base we used to explore Kennebunk/Kennbunkport and we were also able to easily get to Ogunquit and Wells. Finally, the early checkin (3PM) and late check out (11AM) were a helpful extra!"

"Urine smell made it impossible to eat or sleep there. No response from Vacasa to resolve the issue. VRBO was ultimately very helpful in resolving things for us after we had to leave."
