Beautiful Cabin on the HIll - Private, Hot Tub, Pet Friendly

  • Custom log cabin, nestled on a private hillside is the best place to getaway and enjoy the mountains! Hillside Haven sleeps 13 – master with ensuite full bath on main level with a King Bed and Smart TV; upstairs is a private bedroom with a Queen and the bunk room with 2 Queen size bunk beds; there is also a cozy sleeping nook for one below the stairs on the lower level. Another full bath is located on the upper level between the two bedrooms. Don't forget the “No-U-turn” ¼ bath just off the kitchen in the laundry room. The open design of the main living area allows large groups to gather and socialize in utter comfort. Relax and stream on the Smart TV or just grab a book and enjoy the ambience and warmth of the propane stove. Downstairs is another large living area with Smart TV as well as a game table for a night of board games. Access to the hot tub and fire pit are just outside the downstairs living area. Outside, in addition to the awesome views in every direction, you find the relaxing covered deck area has plenty of seating, as well as a full size BBQ for all your grilling needs. Get on up here and enjoy this beautiful log cabin! NEW RUST REMOVAL WATER SYSTEM INSTALLED 9/25!!

Overall a clean and enjoyable cabin! Dining area was great for games. Master bedroom was comfortable but the other mattresses in the house were a little too firm. A lot of great spaces throughout the house. The internet was a little slower at certain times and hit or miss in different rooms. Loved the nearby Terrace Lakes hot spring and the discount there for staying. Nice stay.

Perfect cabin for a medium sized group...we had 4 adults and 3 young kids. Plenty of room to spread out and relax, beautiful hot tub.

We loved our stay at Hillside Haven! It was such a wonderful place to go with kids and our dog. The cabin felt so comfortable and incredibly roomy, with a layout that made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The kids had the best time exploring outside, and we loved how close it was to town—just a short drive to discover cute restaurants, little shops, and even enjoy the local hot springs and nearby hikes. Along the way we spotted deer, cows, and horses, which made the trip even better for the kids. This cabin was everything we hoped for and more, in addition to the hot tub outback. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend Hillside Haven for families or anyone looking for a cozy getaway with room to spread out and explore.

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway for our anniversary. Loved the fire pit and hot tub at night and the porch for morning coffee. The master bed could of been more comfortable but overall not much to complain about!

Beautiful cabin with everything you need

Our adult children came to visit us in Idaho and we decided to rent a cabin to let them enjoy the mountains that are Idaho, they both live in Austin - to celebrate 2 birthdays and watch the Superbowl. The cabin was perfect, clean, comfortable and well stocked including games and movies. We will be renting again come Spring or Summer and will bring our RZR to go trail riding.

Good overall. Gas grill propane wasn't full and went off in the middle of cooking something. Exterior trash had a full can when we arrived, so that disposal was limited. Great wildlife. Deer, turkey, etc.

I know y'all are working on the iron problem but that is seriously what took my star rating down. My adult children washed some grapes and then ate one and gagged. The water on the island was FABULOUS and a life saver. The kitchen was well stocked, the games were plentiful, and the furniture and bedding were great. We do appreciate you sharing with us!

July 4th getaway

The place was comfortable with a beautiful view. The only issue we had was the household water was disgusting and extremely unhealthy. There was a bottled water dispenser however it was only half full therefore we had to make the trek into town to purchase more for basic usage. The water had a terrible odor therefore we were not comfortable showering or to use this water in any way. The dishes, sinks, toilets, etc are stained from it. This is a lovely place however I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until the water issue is resolved.

Great cabin for a family!

We really enjoyed renting this cabin for my husband’s birthday weekend! It was very clean and organized, and it had VERY comfortable beds. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed and we enjoyed hiking around the neighborhood up to the forest road trail and sledding down the hills. The only drawback is that the iron deposits in the water is very strong. When I poured my daughter a bath, it was orange and it had a very distinct metallic odor. There was a mention of the strong iron deposit in the descriptions of the cabin, but we did find it hard to drink, and even with the filter in the fridge, you could still taste it. I would recommend this cabin and would love to stay here again- but I also recommend bringing your own drinking water for the weekend. All in all, a great place to stay!

The cabin and area were absolutely beautiful! We also couldn't say enough about how clean and comfortable the place was- even the bunk beds! The surroundings were all we could hope for- the town of Crouch was charming, and there was even a small farm stand where you could buy fresh eggs and firewood at the end of the drive. The open layout and wraparound porch were perfect for a group getaway.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway!

This cabin is absolutely amazing! It was a perfect location to relax for a fun weekend with friends! We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the large kitchen table for game nights and enjoying the peace and quiet. This cabin is situated away from the main road so we didn't hear hardly any noise the whole weekend. A close drive into Crouch or to Terrace Lakes. The cabin is extremely clean and has everything you could need for a fun time with friends or family. I could not recommend this place enough!
