"This is a low cost hotel that allows pets. That also means no shampoo or conditioner in the room, just bar soap. Shampoo is in the vending machine for $1. In the morning there is coffee and hot water, but that's it. You can hear the next room's conversation, and when they use the shower. Location is good, near Reserve street and the interstate. Staff was helpful and kind, if also exhausted."

"The room was not as clean as i expected. The room was tidy, but a Shoe print on a pillow case, duvet was also slightly dirty. One of the pillows smelled old and musty, never been washed. We went for breakfast at 6am, everything was cold. Not heated, had to use the microwave. Coffee was hot. Bathroom wall had moisture streaks running down the wall. Not the level I expected for the price paid."

"This was our second stay. If possible better than our first stay last spring. The guest house is beautiful and equipped like a five star hotel. Immaculate! Beyond what you could expect. The guest house has an unbelievably well equipped kitchen. Truly better than most people’s kitchens at home.Located on a manicured horse rescue farm the surroundings make your visit even more special. The Mountain views are just one more added attraction.If you’re lucky enough to meet your hosts Wendy and Mike you can learn a little about the animal rescue program they have developed. Horses living out their lives on a beautiful farm. You might also meet Sophie, the rescued goat. She too is special.You could not hope to find a better accommodation in the area. We wish that we have been able to stay longer.P. S. This is an absolute bargain! We look forward to visiting again next year."

"I've traveled a lot and never left a negative review, but this place was disgusting. Only positive was the very kind women at the front desk. The place smells like a bar people have been smoking in for 25 years. Bathroom toilet and shower were so stained and nasty we skipped showers. Upper management needs to get out of their offices and tour their sites. This one needs a major update. Almost worse than how horrible the place was is that it was more expensive than other places in Missoula. "

"Room was clean and recently renovated from our previous stays. I had no idea they had a hot pool now, very nice. Breakfast was full and hot. We stay every year and will come back again. The staff is always very kind and helpful. They have a nice little walking path next door too to enjoy those beautiful sunrises and sets!"
