"A great big thankyou to the four gentlemen (didn't get their names) who helped get my 62 yr old fat arse of the floor after I rolled of the bed new years eve (wasn't drunk had only just booked in). My partner went for help, came back with 3 men had to get another man, as tall but beefier & after finally getting my knees under me & being pulled up I finally got my arse on a chair & after that I was able to stand myself after resting. The men where polite asking what I wanted to do, offered suggestions, let me know when they were going to lift & so on. Staff was excellent plus the man who got me a chair to sit on while I was waiting for my partner to park the car, check in & take the luggage up. "
