Wouldn’t stay here again. Arrived to find out the pool was under renovation. Was not notified in advance. Very disappointed. The bathrooms had peeling paint and one toilet wasn’t functioning. The bedding on the twin beds was two thin see through sheets. Not comfortable at all and came all untucked the minute the kids got in bed. Dishwasher rack was rusted out. Sofa was caved in it was so old. Cleaning was supposed to happen on day 2 but they didn’t come until evening when we had already returned to our room. ART bus to park was convenient but it serves many hotels in the area.

The staff was courteous, however, the condition of the room was poor. The sofa was saggy and had a huge hole with stuffing coming out of it, the bathroom had rusted pipes and dirty corners, it felt unsanitary. I didn’t want to touch anything. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are very rundown and bathrooms were kinda dirty and TVs didn't work. The lobby was really nice and breakfast was good. Pool was undergoing maintenance but they allowed us to use the facilities at a nearby hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

Pros: the room we stayed in was a great size. The extra bedroom and bathroom for the kids was helpful. The hotel is very close to Disneyland and down the street from other attractions, such as Great Wolf Lodge and nickel nickel. There are a lot of restaurant options nearby as well. The waffles were great, too. Breakfast options were nice. Cons: Pool is closed, but property did not inform us that it would be closed prior to our stay. The fire alarm went off during our stay as there was an actual fire (the hotel was evacuated), but it was very disorganized, and no guests knew where to go. There was also no update or acknowledgment from the staff that while it wasn't their fault, it was something that should have been addressed with their guests. The garbage truck picks up early on Thursdays around 5-5:30 am, so if you are a sensitive sleeper and don't want to be up at that time, probably best to ask for a room that doesn't face the parking lot. The sheet on our bed was not clean. We attempted to call the front desk, but no one answered, so we took off the sheets/blanket and used the extras from the closet for the sofa. I asked the front desk for extra towels and was told someone would be up soon, but a few hours later, no one showed. Thankfully I was able to ask an employee I saw in the hallway, and she was able to provide some.

Property is old and the rooms need a remodel. But staff were extra nice and helpful. Pool out of service but they had an alternate pool next door which we appreciated. Breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property is in essentially a cluster of hotels. We have unknowingly stayed in this cluster before and this property is unfortunately the least nice of them. Now, the property was clean and slightly cheaper than the others in that cluster but, it is older and more run down, the service is not as good and after parking, you end up paying essentially the same. Service was not BAD but it felt a lot like when you are staying somewhere sketchy and they don’t really trust you until you’ve checked in completely. The rooms are older and much more run down as well. For example, they were not dirty but there was a ton of dust buildup around the light switches. Also, one thing to be aware of, if you book a one bedroom suite of any kind, the ONLY entrance to the restroom in the suite is inside of the master bedroom whereas most places will have an entry in the master and in the living area of the suite for other guests. They also didn’t have any sheets on the sofa bed even with knowing that we had a third adult guest.

Broken down hotel. Old. Smelly. Mattresses are old; sink in. Kitchen disgusting. No housekeeping service. Have to pay for parking. Have to pay for rollaway bed. Breakfast was horrible. Externally low shower pressure; took each of us half an hour. Expensive; specially how awful this hotel is.

At first glance and the photo's it looks nice. After checked in it was a different story. They gave us the wrong room and the rest according to them were all booked. The safe didnt work. The bli ds in the kids room was broken and stuck open so naps were i possible with the sun beaming in. The smoke defector went off once, called to have it fixed, then went off at 3 am waking my entire family. I had to take it out of the wall and walk it down to the front desk. Oh and the pool was closed, which is why we booked this place because the kids wanted to swim !! All in all, extremely disappointed!! Oh and the manager offered me free parking and a $200 dollar discount for all of this lol. Basically a slap in the face for kids first experience going to California and Disneyland!!

Old property - couch seemed dirty and tired, broken tile in bathroom, pool and hot tub was empty/closed. Staff were friendly and room smelled heavily like cleaning supplies so seemed clean, just old and tired. No room service either.

On Christmas Eve, whilst we were at the park, we had our room & suitcases broken into & were robbed of cash, passports, powers cords/banks, go pro, Disney merch. Another room that we know of also got robbed on our floor. Yes, there was an in room safe, which wasn't working, hence we locked everything in our suitcases. Police came & completed a report at 5am Christmas morning....not how we planned to spend our holiday or Christmas with our 6yr old son. The hotels "Director of Rooms" Roy, was useless & couldn't care less. They have no security onsite, anyone can get in the lifts, emergency exits are not locked or alarmed, so the scum hide in there. The hotel sent it to "loss prevention" which is corporate & apprently we will hear from them....it's not the 21st Jan 2024 & we are still yet to hear from anyone. As I talked to people in the breakfast room, whilst we were checking out, a man advised he had 2 men knock on his door & when he opened they said "sorry wrong room", one man was standing in the stairwell (they were the last room before the stairwell). Hotel didn't care we had no cash & we checked out Christmas morning, with no where to go. They left us out the front to find transport & a new hotel, would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The bathroom and kitchen sink had a black water back up. A geyser of sewage 2 feet tall sprayed out onto the counter and the walls ruining everything that was on the bathroom counter. The staff was really nice and switched our room quickly and gave free parking for the weekend.

Used to love staying here when we are in town for Disney. Staff is great. The hotel did get a remodel but poorly. We had doorknob that doesn’t fit the door hole. One of the door looks like there was a hole in the middle of the door and they tried to patch it. The seams was coming apart on the catpet. The bed was comfy. Shower was ok. Full kitchen is nice. Had everything we needed. It could be a great hotel,
