Rooms look like they need an upgrade, the carpet looked worn and dirty. Bed was not confortable. Bathroom sink looked dirty. Elevator floor was dirty and door was scratched with grafiti.

Close to Disneyland (although not close enough to walk), quiet, plenty of parking in the back lot. Newly remodeled and rebranded, it is a fairly nice hotel. No complaints and fulfilled my needs for my trip.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms are generally very. Our heater was not working in our room so it was a little cool in our room at night. They were really busy so parking was a problem. Those were only minor issues, and we have stay here before and will stay here again.

The hotel itself is nice. We have stayed there a couple of times. HOWEVER, this last time we were there we struggled to gind parking. We paid for the nights we stayed and everytime we went back to the hotel the parking lot was full. We went around for almost an hour looking and no luck. We ended up parking on the streets and asked for a refund. It was a horrible inconvenience because we were paying for parking and yet the parking spaces were given for free to an event going on. Unfortunately, we are deciding not to book with this hotel anymore. They had alot of hotel guests very upset, including us.

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the span of 3 years, and the property has remained the same, in terms of cleanliness, aesthetic, and customer service, which I love! By far one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I go to Disney. I also really appreciate the convenience of having the ART bus right outside the hotel, because who wants to be walking any more than you need to after a long day at Disney!

It was nice and affordable but could be a lil more clean, the phone was broken in the room but overall it was a 8/10 . Love that there is a shuttle service to Disneyland as well.

I was given an accessible room every time my family and I would shower the water would run into the floor by the entrance. Also the toilet did not flush easily. My room was located by the elevator and ice machine at times it was loud. As a Bonvoy member you would like I would of been given an upgrade to a better room location. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel itself was a nice facility, but carpet in the room was disgusting. The walls were paper thin, and I could hear everything from the adjoining rooms. Not particularly fun when your neighbor falls asleep with the TV on playing Super Bowl replays from the 90's all night long.
