Relax with the whole family in our Peaceful Quit Brand New Home in a prime location! Spacious 1822 sq ft with open living spaces, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath is within walking distance (1 blocs) to the marina with beach access, and recreational rentals. Across the street from Mikes Grocery, Coffee Shop, and bike rental with miles of paved city trails. Pickle ball courts, hiking and Atv Trails, restaurants, gift shops, downtown all within 4 blocks. Boat Parking! Lots of grass area for the kids to play.

Bedroom#1 (Master) 2 Queen (sleeps 4) with attached bathroom & walk in closet(large enough you could bring your own pack-n-play for a little one).
Bedroom#2 - Queen(sleeps 2) with full size bunkbed (sleeps 4).
Bedroom#3 - Queen (sleeps 2) with full size bunkbed (sleeps 4).
All 8 beds are set up for a total 16 people.
Bedroom #4 (In Loft) additional sleeping: full air Mattress.
The Loft is a great place for the kids to play games and watch movies on the huge 75 Inch Roku TV.

We have furnished our place with high quality comfortable mattresses and pillows with soft sheets.

Each bedroom has its own smart flat screen tv where you can log into your favorite TV APS.
KITCHEN/ DINING:
Our kitchen has everything you will need & some, to be able to make your family meals while on vacation! Our new appliances are top of the line so your stay can be a great gathering experience! You can gather around the table. Or at the island to eat you home away from home cooked meal. You will have all the essentials.

LIVING ROOM:
We’ve set it up so you can comfortably gather with your family and friends. We have a large 75inch TV with Roku that you can access all of your entertainment.

GARAGE & PARKING:
You can park 2 cars in the garage & 2 additional cars on the driveway. Plenty of parking in front of house across the street on first come first serve basis. There is parking for your boat and trailer and any other play toys you may have.

LOCATION:
This is one of the reason we love this place so much! We are in the heart of Garden City. You can walk everywhere you need within 1 mile of our townhome. No matter what time of year you can stay & make lasting memories with your family & friends.

Very nice and good location
It was very clean and nice stay. The host communicated to let us know he was there for any issues or needs that might arise but we had no issues. It was walking distance to the grocery store and a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Little peace of Heaven!
What a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful location! Everything about this place was perfect! Check in was easy. Communication with host was great. Home was just as described. Beds comfortable. Whole house was spotless. We enjoyed our stay with our grandchildren. Bonus was being able to walk the beautiful trails and having the grocery store right across the street. We will be back!

Fantastic VRBO Stay
Our recent stay was fantastic. The property was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. We loved the serene location and the cozy yet modern. The owner was responsive and helpful. Th temperature settings could not adjusted for long and it was set at 61 during our mid March stay. It made for a brisk temperature but we managed. Overall, we recommend this property for a peaceful getaway. We would definitely go back!

We had a great stay. The townhouse is decorated really cute and was very clean. We loved that the garage was big enough to get our van inside with the cargo box on top. We’ve stayed at other condos in the area where we couldn’t do that.

Small space made very accommodating
For in being three bedrooms, the space is very well put together to accommodate a good number of people. Loved that there was trailer parking right across the street, too. We do wish that checkout wasn’t at 10 AM as that’s a really early time for any checkout I’ve ever dealt with. We did get an extra 30 minutes, but even then it was still early. I would have hoped for a 11 or 12 checkout that we didn’t have to ask for, but overall very happy with our stay

Great but definitely a “supervised” stay
Property is new and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. The upstairs was very HOT. At least 10 degrees hotter than the main floor. We had the air conditioning on but it was not making a dent. The property manager was very responsive and turned the air conditioning down (you DO NOT have control of the temperature) but he set it to turn back up at 4 am which kept us too hot. For spending $520 for one night we feel that we should be able to change the temperature to our comfortability. You really need to change the temp on the thermostat to 65 to even get the upstairs to 75 which we couldn’t do. Also to mention check-in, there is a video doorbell and a video camera in the garage. In order to check in you have to send the host your license and then show him your license again at check in through the video doorbell. At that point you get the code for the garage. This may be okay for some guests but we felt the micromanagement on the air conditioning as well as the micromanagement in the check in process as well as two cameras we felt uncomfortable. Which is too bad because the property was clean and comfortable and the host was very nice and responsive. For this reason I unfortunately have to give 3 stars. Very different house renting experience than we have had in the past.
