Take in memorable views of Bear Lake and the marina - it's so fun to sit and watch the boats! Start your day with a delicious breakfast in your private patio as you take in the surrounding views. Planning a barbecue? This condo is equipped with an electric grill! This and the outdoor dining area on the patio is the perfect combo for family barbecues. The first floor offers an inviting living area with a gas fireplace and a TV with cable, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials (dishwasher included), a dining table seating six, a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs, and a full bathroom with a standalone shower.
