One of the many highlights includes a game room with a Ping-Pong and pool table, a basketball arcade game, air hockey, and stored kayaks for water adventures. Here, you'll also find a sofa and TV should you want to tune into a game of your choice. This lovely home also features an entertainment area on the second floor that is great for retreating and unwinding upstairs. For outdoor moments, you’ll have access to a spacious yard that has a play area for the little ones (includes swings, a slide, and a fort), a firepit, and a BBQ grill. This home is situated in the perfect location to enjoy the waters at Bear Lake or eateries and shops in town.
