WiFi was great, owners had several streaming services already set up, extremely spacious, 3 bathrooms, very convenient to everything. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. We would love to stay here again.

The house was beautiful. However the house was not cleaned before my familyand I showed up. Beds were not made, trash not taken out of the house, crumbs on the counters and floors. There was only 1 tide pod to wash all the dirty towels that were left, from a previous stay. I decided to buy cleaning supplies to clean. I ended up sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor as it was disgusting, and I have young children that were wanting to walk around with no shoes. I Wiped all the counters, wiped the fridge down inside and outside, and srubbed bath tubs. The host is very nice, very close to the lake, and grocery store.

This was my firsy time using Vrbo so i didnt know what to expect. We drove 6 hours to our desination and when we got there we found out we weren't given the front door or garade code to enter. We contacted the host but his phone kept going to voicemail. We contacted vrbo and they couldnt get a hold of the host either. After 4 hours Vrbo finally tracked down a garage code. The townhome was beautiful with a beatiful view of the lake and close to the gas station, stores, and restaurants. The host finally contacted us the next day. They apologized and said they were camping and didnt have access to their phones. They gave us a 50 refund. Everything was great except those first 4 hours of stress! Make sure you have the door code and garage code before you go!
