Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Häuschen liegen super, sind sehr einfach, aber funktional ausgestattet. Der Pool ist perfekt und die Pizzeria auf dem Gelände genial!

Ferienhaus am Gardasee

einfache Ausstattung, aber auch preiswert. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine fehlten. Dies ist überall sonst selbstverständlich. Kaputte Pflasterung vor der Rezeption, schiefe Stufen ohne Geländer zum hochgelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Wohnung war recht sauber. Sehr wenig Besteck, das teilweise defekt war. Toilette war nicht festgeschraubt, dadurch leckte der Abfluss nach einigen Tagen. Renovierungsstau. Das Personal war jedoch sehr nett

Der Pool und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Die Anlage und die Unterkunft sind aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad hätte schon seit Jahren renoviert werden müssen.

Bel environnement

Les petites maisons sont réparties dans un grand parc au milieu des oliviers sur un flan de collines, ça monte donc un peu. La maison est bien équipée, la literie est confortable, il y a 2 salles d'eau. Les piscines sont assez grandes, l'eau était agréable nous y étions fin mai. Il est possible d'aller à pied jusqu'à Garda en longeant le lac. C'est lieu agréable pour passer quelques jours de vacances.

Bungalow sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Kühlschrank bereits verrostet. Sauberkeit bei Anreise war ebenfalls mangelhaft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Mängeln an der Heizung wurden diese schnell behoben.

Schöne Lage, aber....

...in mitten eines schönen, terrassenartigen Olivenhains liegen die Bungalows in Einzellage mit Privatsphäre. Leider sind sowohl die Anlage, die Bungalows sowie auch die Pools sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Sanierungsstau ist groß. Die Badezimmer müssten dringend erneuert werden und auch die Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig ( Kaffeemaschine,Toaster, Schneidebrett, Pfanne......fehlen). Die Pools sind schön, aber leider auch etwas marode. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Pizzaria ( netter Service, gutes Essen).Toll ist, dass Garda in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist ( leider muss man ein Stück an der stark befahrenen Straße entlang laufen).

Die Häuser genügen Standardansprüchen. Der Kühl-/Gefrierschrank ist ausreichend. Der Fernseher bietet ca. 6 deutsche Programmme. Die Abläufe in der Anlage funktionieren unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Das leckere Frühstücksbaguette kann im vorhandenen Minisupermarkt erworben werden und das Restaurant auf dem Gelände bietet nebst freundlichem Personal auch gute Küche

In einem wunderschönen Olivengarten. Viel Platz zum Genießen. Sehr schöner Pool. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Prima für Familien.

Sehr schöne Anlage leider nicht sauber

Die Anlage sowie die Bungalows überzeugen total mit ihrer Lage und einen einzigartigem Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Leider sind die Bungalows sehr schlecht geputzt und die Ausstattung der Küche usw. lässt zu wünschen übrig. Gerne wieder, wenn sich die Sauberkeit der Bungalows verbessert und die Küchen neu ausgestattet werden.

Ideal für Familien mit kleineren Kindern

Die Unterkunft (Haus ) war ideal für uns. Mit 2 kleineren Kindern 5Jahren und 10 Monaten . Wir fühlten uns wohl , weil man nicht Angst haben musste, dass das Weinen des Babys die Nachbarn stören könnte. Es hatte genug Platz zwischen den Häusern. Die Betreuung vor Ort war gut. Mit 2 Pools und die Nähe zum See könnte man das Baden geniessen. Natürlich spielte auch das Wetterglück eine grosse Rolle.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Anlage gut gepflet, schöne Lage

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber noch gut in Schuß. Die Lage ist sehr schön, sehr großzügig in der Fläche. Wir waren in einem Bungalow für 6 Personen, die Übergabe und Abnahme verliefen reibungslos und angenehm. Kleinere Probleme wurden schnell und zügig gelöst. Die Einrichtung einfach aber ausreichend. Einzelne Matrazen waren schon etwas durchgelegen. Fazit, für den Preis eine sehr gute Leistung.
