This hotel exceeds our expectations, everything is new or like new, very modern. Decor with a great taste, beautiful lobby and bar, easy and quick check in. NIce elevator, very beautiful room with a nice balcony with lake view. Bathroom with everything that you need, very nice shower, exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable abd clean. Staff very helpful and very welcoming. Hotel very close to ferry snd bus stop. Very happy with this hotel, Thanks.

Stylish affordable little hotel .

We loved the hotel, its small, stylish, well maintained with friendly family staff and laid back vibe . You can drive to hotel to leave luggage, parking is 10 min walk . Id have liked more storage and a full length mirror .

Lovely little hotel with wonderful staff

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. So nice and so helpful. Georgia was so sweet. The rooms are nice and good sized. The bathroom shower is a bit tight but okay. My only negative comment is the lack of ventilation in the room and the non-working heat. It was very rainy when I was there and the room was very damp. There is no ventilation other than windows, which really isn't useful in the rain. All my clothes felt damp, even in the suitcase. It would have helped if the heat worked. To be fair, I didn't ask them since I was the only person staying in the hotel for a couple of the nights and I didn't want to be a bother.

First impression - looks good. Decor good. Location good. problem 1 - TV did not work apart form a few Italian channels, despite long list of available channels on list in the room. Told staff who did nothing about it. problem 2 - if you like BOOM BOOM music until after midnight, then stay here . If you want to sleep, look elsewhere. problem 3 - on check out we were asked for "room tax". Fine, but they would only accept cash. The other hotels we stayed at took credit card. When we explained that we did not have the cash, the proprietor started raising his voice and could suddenly speak English, which he apparently could not do earlier in our stay. Told him we had a bus to catch, but he was adamant that he would only take cash and told us to go to ATM. Not sure if this is a scam. As I said earlier the other hotels all took credit card Overall a poor experience

The bedrooms were modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast with coffee in the morning. The only challenge was if you have a car you need to park about a half mile away. It was fine, because the location of the hotel was perfect for a stay in Garda.

The hotel is fantastically situated for accessing the lake, shops and bars/restaurants in Garda. The continental breakfast was really good and could be enjoyed outside at the front of the hotel. Rooms were clean and our little balcony at the front was a nice addition. I would stay here again for a short break in Garda.

Wonderful cosy hotel

Nice family owned hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights and the room was quiet and suitable for this. Our room had a balcony with a great view to the lake. A small beach only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our best recommendations.

Just got back from a fantastic 4 night stay. Friendly and helpful management (and cleaners). The hotel has been recently refurbished with really stylish (Hotel Indigo ish) decor, comfortable beds and very clean. The location is fantastic. Literally yards to the Lake’s edge, shops, restaurants and mini supermarket. 5 min walk to the main bus station, which has excellent bus services. 5 min walk to the ferry service too. Absolutely recommend staying here, excellent value for money, safe, quiet, and we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this property. Had a room with balcony overlooking street -super clean -great location -very nice and helpful family run hotel -breakfast8-10 (fruit pastry eggs yogurt cereal juice water, coffee machine w/cappuccino I will be back! Garda is a great location to stay as the ferry dock is very close and the fast ferry runs from here. Others I met had to stop in Garda and then continue so it is a perfect location to pick. The hotel is right by ferry dock and many delicious restaurants. I came via train to Preschia del Garda station. I got a prearranged taxi from Hôtel (20 minute drive) for 45 euro. The ferry was 68 euro for 3 day pass which included fast ferry . I recommend staying at least 5 nights because Garda is huge and ferry trips can sometimes be all day to one town This hotel was perfect for me The shower is a good size It can be lively at night but did not bother me . If I had to say one negative, The bed is very very firm. But that being said I never woke up with sore shoulder as I have done at other places across Italy. Very nice duvets and sheets. I loved my stay THANK YOU

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Umgebung abends lange laut, da sehr zentral gelegen. Balkontür aber schalldicht und sehr gute Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Wem es nichts ausmacht so zu schlafen hat den perfekten Aufenthalt. Für uns war das etwas schwierig... Aber sonst alles top! In der Nähe ein wunderschöner Naturstrand, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr gutes Hotel, absolut freundlicher Service. Wir haben uns Prima und perfekt erholt. Hotel hat einen hervorrangendes Frühstück. Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut. Alles Bestens, gerne wieder. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal am Gardasee. Hotel hat nur ca. 3 min. Fußweg zur Promenade. Ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles Top 5 Sterne gerne.

Es ist ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit stylischen Zimmern in sehr zentraler Lage in Garda. Die Straße, in dem das Hotel liegt, hat Flair und ist nur vormittags für Kraftfahrzeuge für Anlieferungen zugänglich. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Musikbar, so dass es abends (bis zu späterer Stunde) schonmal etwas lauter werden kann; was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Und wenn, helfen zur Verfügung gestellte Ohrstöpsel! Das Personal ist professionell und organisiert. Das Frühstück ist hinreichend gut und von guter Qualität!

Preis - Leistung passt nicht zusammen. - Laute Musik und Party nebenan die ganze Nacht. - Brot zum Frühstück nicht frisch, war eingefroren und wird täglich aufgetaut. - Matratzen und Kissen sehr hart, mussten mehrmals nach weicheren Kissen fragen bis wir welche erhalten haben. - Wenn Gäste am Eingang draußen sitzen und rauchen, zieht es den Rauch in den Frühstücksraum und man isst im verrauchten Raum, sehr sehr unangenehm. Vom Personal wird das auch nicht erkannt und gelüftet, etc. - Parkplatz ist inklusive, aber 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt
