No meu quarto tinha cama de casal e de solteiro , a cama de casal o colchao saia muito da base. O banheiro era grande e chuveiro bom. O wifi e bom e os canais de tv tb. Cafe da manha com opcoes de paes, tinha ovos e queijo mas nao tinha opcao de pedir tapioca,algo muito tipico no nordeste. Parte ruim: poucas vagas de estacionamento O lixo do hotel fica ao lado da entrada, muito cheio e fedorento.

É uma pena dizer isso, mas o hotel Ibis Garanhuns não é de jeito nenhum o padrão Styles da rede Ibis, diria que no máximo um Budget . Estive hospedado próximo à inauguração e recentemente agora é o café da manhã continua simples (o que melhorou foi apenas a inclusão de uma máquina de café) , no quarto paredes bem manchadas , sem amenidades e ducha quebrada. A gente percebe o esforço humano do hotel, mas eles não podem fazer muito pois são apenas empregados.

Paguei mais de 400,00 por 1 diária no hotel Ibis Style Garanhuns do dia 20 para 21/11/25, para 2 pessoas, eu e minha mulher. O primeiro quarto em que nos colocaram, de número 257 estava com as Toalhas dos hóspedes anteriores todas jogadas pelo quarto. Voltei à portaria e reclamei. Trocaram para o quarto 262. Subimos ao quarto, deixamos nossas bagagens e saímos para jantar. Ao retornar, fizemos nossa higiene e deitamos. Quando tentei acionar o condicionador de ar, ele não funcionou. Fui à recepção pedir um ventilador, que já resolveria a situação, eis que ficaríamos apenas essa noite. O atendente Gabriel disse que não dispunha de ventilador e queria que trocássemos de quarto novamente. Minha mulher já estava deitada e não quis "tentar a sorte" de novo. Estávamos cansados. Ficou claro que a manutenção do hotel deixa a desejar, assim como a condução da limpeza.

Quarto pequeno, mas confortável e limpo. A pia não é dentro do banheiro, ela ficava perto da cama, o que se tornou inconveniente. O local para o café da manhã é pequeno, fica em frente a recepção, mas é bem servido. Gostei muito do café. O estacionamento é gratuito. O hotel é perto de praticamente tudo. Para quem é da igreja católica e não quer perder a missa enquanto está viajando, tem a Catedral de Santo Antônio, no centro, belíssima! Recomendo o hotel.
