"Loved this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with an outstanding view. Also perfect for cocktails. Rooms are alittle small and the shower would be hard to navigate if you mobility issues. Heated floors were a bonus. "

"Nice and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet location. Shuttle service at $7/person cost is available but times limited to a few hours a day. Taxi from airport is 10 minutes but $40 each way. Breakfast buffet is ok but coats $25/person."

I was moved to a beautiful apartment in the main building, which made my stay even better. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Reykjavik, it’s conveniently located near everything you’ll need during your stay."

"This hotel was perfectly situated for all that we needed in Reykjavík. The fact that there is a bakery, a bar and restaurant connected to the hotel made for an exceptional experience. We also lucked into a night of jazz for free during our stay. Small things like the free chocolates and excellent coffee machines throughout the hotel as well as the beautifully appointed conference rooms and lounge areas just added to the experience. We highly recommend to any and all. The Executor is Excelsior."
