Great weekend trip with friends!

Great location near the port with coffee shops and options for food nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was nice and the hotel was very clean. My friends and I would definitely stay again!

I booked the hotel for my parents. Nice location in the city area which made it easy to find. Though in the city center, it was overlooking the sea, so had a nice view from the room. Breakfast was also nice. Good for the price!

Beautiful rooms and very clean and elegant hotel!

Beautiful views! We loved our room at the SL Hotel Gangneung as they were spacious, very clean and comfortable and they had amazing views! The buffet breakfast was a big bonus. Overall an excellent stay!

I paid extra for pool access and then was told to be able to sit at the pool I was required to buy a drink. Additionally, they played very loud music with offensive lyrics including n-word, b- word, f-word, etc. no pool towels provided. Roof top bar advertised but no bar.

Overall, it was quiet and clean; however, it was disappointing that disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste had to be purchased from a vending machine. Furthermore, there was no ambient lighting—the only options were to turn all the lights completely on or off—and the motion-sensor light in the bathroom kept switching on every time my roommate used the facilities, making it impossible for me to get any sleep.

This is not a two bedroom “suite”. It’s a false advertisement. It’s a one bedroom with 2 twin beds in the living room. As a result, there is no sofa/common area, just two rooms. Because the twin beds are by the entrance door, the light sensor constantly lights up when you twist and turn on your bed while you sleep. If you are on a business trip, beware. There is no iron for your suit/dress, not even to borrow one from the front desk.

전망도 좋고 위치도 좋아요~ 다만 전반적은 시설 확인을 하셔야 할거 같아요. 30초 사용하지도 않았는데 드라이 미작동 탄내가 엄청 나서 놀랐어요.교환해주셨어요. 체크아웃하는 아침 세면대 아래 수도 배관이 빠져서 욕실이 물바다가 됐어요. 미끄러져 넘어질뻔 했어요.제가 물닦고 배관 끼워 넣고 물새나 확인하며 사용했어요.
