"For a small city, the room clean and restaurant was decent."

"The lowest temperature today (Jan 11, 2026) in Bikaner was 4 degrees C. As we being seniors we asked for a room heater, previous evening, as there was no central heating. Unfortunately our request was completely ignored. We requested for additional quilt, which was damp when given, so was of no use. We wanted to leave this hotel to another one, but as it was late evening, and we were extremely tired, we had to stay. In the morning both me and my wife, and our senior colleagues couple, got up with severe headache and had to consult our General Practitioner. In our opinion, we request, that our money must be refunded. Also would not recommend any seniors to stay at this Hotel in winter. In addition the room was damp, dirty, no bins, and very poor internet. I can send all the pictures as proof !. "

"The colonel his wife and the staff were all amazing. They went above and beyond. The property is beautiful and an oasis. I wish we would of had more time to spend here. "The property is very good. Gives you a majestic feeling of royalty. Vegetarian foods are not so much in the cuisine. Breakfast wide spread. The front office manager is very friendly. Like the way the welcome the guest. Not to mention 2 lonely dogs well taken care."
