Cosy apartment on the second line of Gandía Beach, located in the ROMA V building, 2nd floor with lift. Offers three bedrooms, one double bed and three single beds. One bathroom with shower tray, large renovated kitchen, and living-dining room with access to a nice east-facing terrace with awning. It has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and three bedrooms. Includes garage parking space. Located in the North area of Gandía Beach, residential area, near all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Capacity 5/6 people.

Pets are not allowed

YOUNG GROUPS (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after review of the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

In case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
