Apartment located on Gandía Beach in the Grao area. Surrounded by a shopping area, close to supermarkets and restaurants. It has two air conditioners, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one master with a 135 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds. There is a toilet and bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed and is fully equipped with a dining table, chairs, and a television. The open-plan kitchen is integrated into the living room via a small breakfast bar and has basic kitchenware for all guests. The apartment has a large terrace with a table and chairs overlooking a pedestrian street. Pets are not allowed. Underground parking is available at no additional cost. Parties and any other activity that violates the Neighborhood Coexistence regulations are NOT permitted.
