Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays. Relax yourself in the 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and 1 Jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL. Make a barbecue with all your family al fresco. Play tennis and paddle, and after that, go to the sauna for a break. In winter, relax your bodies in the sauna, heated pool or go to the gym that EDEN RESORT has for their customers. There is also playground with swings for your children. The apartment has a big living room, with sofa, TV, DVD, and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided. There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub. Kitchen comes fully equipped. Now with FREE WIFI, your stay will be more funny, and also more fresh with the New Instalation of central AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING.

très bonne idée !

la vue, le calme, la piscine chauffée, la connexion internet, l'espace, soit pratiquement tout. la douche est petite et l'ouverture des 2 portes n'est pas suffisante (je coince toujours en les passant). Possibilité de diminuer le lavabo pour agrandir la douche, selon moi.

Très satisfait de ma location

Très belle appartement , bien équipé avec une grande terrasse. La résidence est équipée d'une superbe piscine surveillé ce qui a fait le bonheur de mes enfants. L'appartement était très propre, nous avons aussi bénéficié d'un accès internet de qualité. L'accueil de l'agence immobilière , ses agents ont été très accueillants et disponibles. la location était très correcte pour le prix, aucune remarque à faire

A very nice November in Gandia

As always Gregorio and company were very easy to deal with and helpful. The new office is a bonus. Apartment was very nice and in the right location for this time of year. We will try and have this apartment again.

Geweldig !!!

Prachtig appartement met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen, en een gedeeltelijk zeezicht. Heel rustig gelegen. Mooi en groot zwembad. Niet ver van het strand. Veel restaurants en winkels in de omgeving Alles in het appartement was aanwezig (keuken is super uitgerust). EEN AANRADER !!! Wij komen zeker terug... · Niks, nada, nothing -)
