"Poor management, I was offered a room (510) with washbasin at 2 1/2 feet height, with water splashing around. No bathroom curtain, no antiskid mat in shower area. Every time when the doorbell rang there was blaring fire alarm, which NOONE could figure out why? When the front desk was informed, they were just passing the buck. The floor manager had no idea what the problem was and perhaps had never visited any of the hotel room to check. It was a family holiday with my younger sister, and it was ruined. can not recommend!"

"Breakfast was good. But the Ac was not very effective. Same way the shower did not have good flow of water. "

"This is an excellent hotel, perhaps the best in Ahmedabad and the decor, rooms etc are fabulous. Staff are good but some junior staff need training. The eclair I bought in Fabelle the pastry shop was horrible, and stale. Spoke with the chef about it and he sent a chocolate mousse separately to my room as an apology. Overall, excellent experience and my second stay in this hotel. Will visit again. "

"Access to the entrance is not handicap friendly , please improve with ramps . Breakfast buffet didnnot have many items that were listed . Front desk very helpful. "

"1. Bathroom hand washing liquid was leaking but couldn’t fix the issue until I showed them the root cause ( bottle was leaking ) 2. The took the soiled towel but didn’t replenish with new ones on last day while checking out. Could be a silly mistake but didn’t ruin my shower experience for sure! "

"Service for the breakfast was not very good stayed for 4 days each morning it took 20 to 40 minutes my breakfast to come "
