"Reservation with Confirmation Number was cancelled while in transit. Staff claimed they “ could not get in touch with me” so they had to cancel my reservation. "he young staff they have there are amazing couldn’t ask for better we were treated like royalty. They are our credit to the hotel. We would recommend go out and beyond for you. even when it was our anniversary and we asked if we could have a meal on the beach as you can see by pictures out and over beyond our expectations."
