The condo was perfect for our large party. The living-room area isn't that large, but it worked. We also had scrap metal views on the dock, but the location was perfect!

GREAT GREAT LOCATION

This place is clean and very spacious. Very quiet and right on the water. It's a 2 minute walk to very active nightlife area. Would stay again.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great, very convenient. The only reason not all 5 stars is the view much of the week was of the scrap metal pile in the docks, but that's just part of being in that area. Hosts were great and very accessible and helpful.

Great location- walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, shopping. Great views from unit, plus scenic views and walk behind property along water. Condition of unit was dated, and a bit smaller than expected for our group of 9. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, great stay.

Our party of 9 stayed over Christmas. The location was wonderful. Pamela was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. She even picked up our Christmas dinner for us since all of the restaurants would be closed. She promptly answered all of our questions.

50th Birthday Celebrations

The property was fantastic. Location and the beautiful view of the harbor from each room. The layout was beautiful. Very modern. We named the 4 floor ‘Flowers In The Attic’. Pamela our host was amazing with help in anything we needed. We had a group of 9pp and it was perfect. I don’t ever write reviews but this property deserves it.

Christmas week in Galway

We stayed 3 nights in Galway. There were 9 of us in the Family. Ages ranging from 13 to 80. Grandparents stayed in a very nice room on the second floor. Teenagers got the third floor. We were within walking distances to shops and restaurants and a nice walk along the water. Even though it rained a lot we didn’t let it stop us. Pamela our host was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this house.

Family tour of Ireland

This property was in a great location to the action. We were situated close to the water, and close to the activity. There were 8 in our party and we did use all rooms. I think we knew it, but there were 4 stories to the property. We did not mind, but for those who are concerned with stairs may beware - no bedrooms on main floor. The property was clean, and had plenty of clean towels and linens. The owner provided nice treats for us. We would liked to have seen a bit more items to be able to cook while there, but we got by. Parking was provided. Not very accessible to location of apartment, but that was fine as we parked the vehicle and left it sit while we explored Galway! Had a great time. Thank you.

Terrific Location: just check the photographs first

We chose this property because our extended family was coming to Ireland for a family wedding. The website advertised that it could accommodate 10 people and it probably could if you just counted the number of beds. Everything was immaculate; the location is terrific; we enjoyed our stay very much. Our numbers were down from the original 10 to eight at max. Even then we were a tight squeeze in the very limited living area. The property may sleep 10 but there is nowhere for 10 people to sit down and eat together. There is a breakfast bench but no table. I should have realised this from looking at the photographs on the website but I didn’t. This and some eccentric plumbing were the only drawbacks. The location is perfect and I would certainly choose the area again but with a smaller group. Attention from the owner was a big plus.

Wonderful Galway apartment

This place was beautiful and clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed walking around Galway from the apartment and doing day trips near by. Parking is tricky if you have 2 cars

Pamela was always quick to communicate, friendly and accommodating. She even helped organise beds for all 12 of us. Place was cosy and modern, great balcony and free parking close to town. Would highly recommend!

A Beautiful Experience in Galway

Ours was a 9-day stay in early-mid April on a 7-member family trip with grandparents, adult children with spouses, and grandsons. The apartment accommodated all of us really well.The location is nearly perfect for immersion in the beauty of Galway. We walked everywhere in the city, including both sides of the river. These outings included grocery shopping, restaurants, almost daily musical experiences, and photo safaris. From our home base we took multiple day trips North, South, and West.The apartment is on four levels, accessible only by stairs, but unless someone is really physically challenged, they are not much of a barrier. The younger folks really enjoyed being in the upper rooms.The first level is the common space containing the kitchen, laundry facility, and couches. The balcony (which is not large enough to stand on) looks East over the harbor. On the second level is what might be called a master bedroom with a king bed & couch with a bath just outside the door. On the third level are two separate bedrooms, also with a bath just outside the door. Finally, the fourth level has a queen bed and a small but functional en-suite bath. All baths have a shower.We cannot say enough good things about Pamela and Denis. They were extremely accommodating, both with information on the function of the appliances and an unanticipated one-day repair of the clothes dryer. They made sure the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a nearly perfect stay. Bravo!

Fabulous views and location on the water, very near the centre of town. Four good comfortable double beds, 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Kitchen well provisioned with some nice extras provided: milk, cereal, waters, cokes, biscuits, coffee beans with grinder and coffee filters/machine etc. All nice and clean. Good communication with host, thanks Pamela!

Great Location

We were pleased with the location of this property on the docks: close to the Spanish Arch and Galway City Museum which has the tourist information center. It was a short walk to the Latin Quarter, Eyre Square, and many pubs and restaurants. The apartment held our family of seven comfortably having four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are four floors with the kitchen/communal area on the first floor and bedrooms on the higher floors. So there are many stairs. The apartment is in a gated complex. We didn't have a car but there is a parking garage next to it. Communication with the host was very good.
