Waterhouse at Pointe West Residence I offers ample space, modern amenities, upscale furnishings, and views that go for miles. The house has 5 Bedrooms, and 5 Bathrooms and is located in Galveston, Texas in the upscale Pointe West community. Enjoy the private beach reserved only for the Pointe West community, sit on one of the two large balconies and enjoy spectacular views and head down to one of the two large community pools to take a dip.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Access to all of these are included with a one-time fee ($25 per person for entirety of stay to access beach club, paid on-site). Infinity Pool, Heated Lazy River Pool, Basketball Court, Gym, Game Room

CANCELLATION POLICY:  100% refund for all cancellations made 30 days or more in advance. Any cancellation after that is non-refundable. In the event a cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, we will do our best to book you at a later date using your funds as a credit. Dates are subject to availability. 

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Waterhouse Rentals requires a $2,000 hold to be placed on the renters card 1 day prior to check-in. This is not a charge, but a pre-authoriation. The pre-authorization will automatically be reversed after check-out unless an amount is needed from that to cover damages. Charges are not made for minor damages such as broken dishes. Any charges for damages will be communicated clearly with the renter prior to being assessed.

All of the above! Also the house is fabulous and the kitchen is amazing! Having the large double ovens and two large refrigerators is perfect for our family! And the kitchen has a wonderful supply of everything one could possibly need. We loved staying at Waterhouse better than any other house at Pointe West Beach. We are wanting to rent it again next Thanksgiving and trying to book it already, although there seems to be an issue and we can’t finalize the booking. Thank you to the owners and Christine and all who take care of this beautiful house!

Absolutely stunning home , so well decorated and just fit the relaxed beach vibe but with style and elegance!! All the rooms and bathrooms were stunning ! The beds were very comfortable,the kitchen was well stocked and having 2 refrigerators was great along with wine cooler. The views were stunning and access to the beach so convent plus with all the beach amenities to use was great! Sitting on the patio decks watching the ocean and sunsets/sunrises was spectacular! Communication with the owners was very good with always a quick response!! The elevator was also very handy in getting luggage to rooms and all the food to kitchen !!

Great family vacation spot

Great family vacation spot! This was a second time staying at this location and loved every minute. Plenty of space for the whole family to have their own rooms with a large eating area / counter seating for everyone. Wonderful views of the ocean and ease access. Just a short drive to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment Would highly recommend to anyone

Beautiful home!

We had our large family trip this year and were fortunate enough to rent this home. It was wonderful, beautifully and comfortably appointed, with a wonderful location right by the crossover. Don’t hesitate on this house. It’s been my favorite out of all the years we’ve been to this area.

Perfect home for a family vacation.

We rented this home for our family vacation. This is the second time we have stayed here and it was amazing. The home is beautiful and in a great location. The beds are all so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our family meals. Brad was great and very responsive. Such great customer service. We can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous home and convenient location

The home is gorgeous. Lots of rooms to spread out. We loved that the pier was just outside the house and it was a short walk to the beach. The beach was pretty isolated with just a few canapés which made it nice being able to shower downstairs before going in the house kept the house sand-free. The host was very accessible when w head questions. Great place to stay

Beautiful home!

We have taken many family trips to Galveston and rented quite a few home. The location and property was perfect. This was one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed at and met our expectations. The only issue we encountered was the elevator broke prior to us arriving and unfortunately a part needed to be ordered. But Bradley and the owners were great to work with and made this right for us. We would definitely rent this home again.

Exactly as described, but better!

Loved this kitchen! With plenty of storage, cooking tools and supplies to make meals for a family of 14. The beds and linens were quality and comfortable. The property provided plenty of space, seating for us to be together or to hang out in a separate space. The instructions for the elevator were very clear and easy to understand. Access to the beach is easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Time - Vacation

My husband and I ,Our three adult children and their spouses and grandchildren children 15, 13, 10, 5 years, 4 year old twins This rental was so perfect. We found that you need to bring toilet paper paper towels, shower gels, hand soap and shampoo. Kitchen was stocked better than any rental we have used in the past. Highly recommend this house! I

Family Getaway

Our family of 13 loved staying at this beautiful home right on the beach. We gathered to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and to honor our daughter who passed away last year. With grandkids ranging in age from 16 to 2 there was plenty of room where they could play, watch TV or take the short walk to the beach. The four porches gave amazing views where you could watch the gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Having the elevator was extremely helpful as our son had just had surgery on his foot and for us older folks for whom stairs can be a challenge. We all loved being together in the large kitchen and dining area. This home is absolutely worth coming to, we plan on returning in the future.

Family Beach Trip

A great way to kick off summer! We stayed at the Waterhouse and it was easy from the start. We needed some more trash bags and toilet paper and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Our families thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterhouse. The location was outstanding and made it so convenient to get to the beach plus made for a lovely setting for our morning coffee and evening gathering. Both the balcony and downstairs space were wonderful gathering spaces for our large family. The kitchen and huge pantry had everything we needed to cook our meals and store our groceries and supplies. The furnishings were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The top floor layout was perfect for our 2 young families with kids. If we choose to stay at Pointe West again, our choice will be Waterhouse.
