Welcome to the Pink House! Inspired by love of the beach, every corner of our home was carefully designed to please the soul. The fully remodeled space for 6 features large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with an expansive kitchen, dining area and living with a Queen Sofa bed. Please note ceiling height is 6'5". This gorgeous home is just a few minutes WALK to the beach, restaurants. Quick drive to Galveston's Hotspots including Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn and all downtown attractions.

The cleanliness of the place was bad

The cleanliness of the place was bad. The bedding was the worst … when I went to remove all the linens the mattress was absolutely dirty, full of stains and debris. Also ALL the pillows were stain. The floor was not clean properly and the dishes were put away wet and with stains. The cushions outside were also full of animal hair and not inviting. The entrance was also not clean before our arrival. The closeness to the beach was nice. Easy check in and out.

My only complaint is what looked like 3 weeks of garbage by the front door. And we went to pop some popcorn and there was a plate of food in the microwave. No telling how long it was there but it didn’t smell good. Other than that we would stay there again in a heart beat.

Property is ok for a weekend or short trip

Bathrooms were spacious. Not much counter space in kitchens or bathrooms. No pantry. Lights buzz when on. Washer is very loud. Garbage was full when we arrived and trash pickup never passed. Grass needs to be cut. Back yard area was very dirty. The thermostat not go lower than 70 degrees.

Cozy and comfy

Perfect Cozy 2 bedroom apartment, with a pull out sleeper. Comfortable sleep 6. Quiet neighborhood, peaceful backyard for your morning coffee, 2 minute walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes drive to convenient store for when the kids forget to pack something. Overall 10 out out 10, definitely will book again

Weekend hospital visit

My parents and I were in town to visit my grandfather who is a patient at UTMB Hospital. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was great and timely. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location of the house was perfect for us. It’s only 7 minutes from the hospital and the Seawall and Stewart Beach is literally down the street, a couple minutes walk. We will definitely be booking again soon!
