Cancelation policy is strictly enforced No refunds are offered for weather related and or unforeseen utility issues so we strongly advise you to add trip insurance to cover any unforeseen trip issues (especially for tropical storms, whether events, etc) • NO PETS (ADA only) House rules • No pets • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM • No parties or events • No smoking • Commercial photography and filming are not allowed • Please be respectful of other tenants and courteous.
