This unique floor plan offers a completely private bedroom with a 1/2 bath on the top floor with its own entry and large deck with an impressive 260 views. The lower main floor has wraparound windows and a massive deck perfect for sunrise and sunsets with the beautiful Gulf shore in-between. Enjoy modern amenities such as air conditioning, 3 smart TV's, high-speed wireless internet, office area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for families or small groups seeking a memorable stay. External security cameras are installed.

Please make sure the hot tub lid is on and securely fastened.
