This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house (2nd floor). Please note that the 1st floor is OFF-LIMITS and it is NOT included in your reservation.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles on the driveway and street.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (800+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the primary bedroom.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a bassinet and highchair, available on-site.

• PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (3 cars). You can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. MAX 5 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
