Inside, you'll find pops of colour and a welcoming layout. Upstairs features the main living area with TV, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, and a queen bedroom with en suite bath. Downstairs offers a cosy den with futon, a second bedroom with queen + twin trundle, and another full bath with laundry.
🌊 Location, location! Just 1 mile from the beach and Seawall Boulevard, you're minutes from Galveston favourites like Pleasure Pier, Moody Mansion, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and plenty of local restaurants.

HOUSE RULES:

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependant children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Minimum age to book is 25
Allows TWO pets with additional $100 non-refundable pet fee each
NO Smoking
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Pack Play and Highchairs are available for rent - $40 each + tax
Unauthorised late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to enquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
