This is a perfect place if you prefer the privacy and luxury of your own space, want to be where the action is (Close to the beach and Pleasure Pier, ONE block from the Mardi Gras parade route and the new Trolley) and want the be close enough to walk to it all!

Our four bedroom home was completely renovated in 2022 and is located a quick walk to the Seawall and less than one mile from the Strand and all of the cruise terminals. Street parking for two cars is available in front of our house for you to use while you are staying with us.

*INSIDE THE FLEUR DE LIS*

Upon arrival, everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay will be located inside. Wonderful luxury property has modern open space living with room for everyone to stay comfortably. Two bedrooms with a KING bed in each, one bedroom with two antique four poster QUEEN beds, and one bedroom with one antique QUEEN bed (includes an adjustable frame for comfort) and a custom built platform with two SINGLE beds for children. Everyone has their own comfy bed and separate space at this very large premier property! The house has been carefully updated with modern luxuries while preserving history and old-world charm.

*NO NEED TO EAT OUT EVERY MEAL*

Stock the fridge and make yourselves at home! With a gas grille on the back patio and our fully outfitted kitchen, meal times will be a breeze.

And for those evenings you want to stay in there are two separate Living spaces. Upstairs is the formal living room which is open to the Dining room and Kitchen. Downstairs is an entertainment Oasis! Enjoy the huge Den and Game Room with a 75 inch big screen TV and Pit group with built in recliners for the ultimate in comfort. Also, there is a separate full Tiki bar lounge also located downstairs with a 45 inch big screen TV, stand alone Bar, two bar top tables and a private HOME GYM with a separate conversation/ den area.

Smart TV's. Wi-Fi throughout the house, Hot Tub and outdoor firepit complete the package.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS BEFORE ARRIVAL AND DURING YOUR STAY!

*GUEST REGISTRATION
All guests MUST be registered a check out. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fine for each unregistered guest.

Please Note***There is a $50 per night charge for each guest over 6. The price listed does not include these charges. The extra guest charge will appear automatically in checkout. If you fail to include the correct number at checkout the charges will be charged when you correct this number and you will be required to pay the extra fees before being allowed to check into the property.

*GUEST ACCESS*

Enjoy the top and bottom floors of the house and the bar/ lounge area down, scenic front porch and yard, as well as the two back patios with grill area, dining area, and two seating areas with a gas fire pit located inside the beautiful secret garden. All outside doors have smart locks for your convenience. A custom door code just for you will be provided prior to your stay. Unfortunately, the garage is NOT included in the rented space.

*ACCESSIBILITY*

Fleur de Lis was built more than 100 years ago and, unfortunately, is not suitable for those with mobility issues and toddlers who have difficulty navigating stairs. There are 14 stairs to the front door and steep backstairs inside to the downstairs bar/ lounge area.

*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*

There are security cameras located outside on the property for your protection and ours. One camera at each of the front entrances which views most of the parking areas and front fence. Two cameras in the backyard for security at the back entrance and back fence.

**Please note that this luxury rental only allows groups of 6 to 9 guests. No parties are allowed without owner's prior approval. No exceptions! We have event pricing available for meetings, receptions, private dinners, etc. Please send a message for details and restrictions.

We understand that many people want to book a large, historic property for special events, but that is not possible except with owner's permission and payment of an additional event fee and revised reservations. Please contact owner for more information and additional charge amounts.

**Please register the TOTAL number of guests (INCLUDING children) in your party when you request your reservation. Failure to do this will result in additional fees and expenses.

*A pack and play is available upon request for use at no charge! Bedding for the pack and play is NOT provided, so please your own if you are planning on using the pack & play.
