Peaceful Vacation

The propery was gorgeous and the amenities were 10/10. The check in instructions and process was smooth and the condo unit was breath taking and it look exactlylike the pictures, actuallythe pictures do not do it justice. We loved everything about our stay, and we are already looking into coming back again.

Perfect Condo for Families

We have a family of 5 and this condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean and exactly what we were expecting. We had friends stay in other condos in the building and this condo was well stocked and communication was excellent. We come yearly for the Beach Blitz soccer tournament and we will definitely stay here again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is top tier with beautiful decor and all the creature comforts. We felt at home. The master bath alone is a getaway! The wrap around balcony allowed us to enoy mornings outside. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and it was not crowded. Just add people and food and you're all set.

Family Vacation

This is a true 5 star accommodation! It was very clean and spacious. We absolutely LOVED the heated outdoor pool and hot tub that was open until 10:30 pm. Would stay again!!

The Emerald is in the best location. Just minutes from everything! The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach isn’t far away. Definitely will be staying here again!

Galveston stay at Emerald on the Sea

The condo was very nice with everything we needed such as hair dryers to soap for washing clothes. The new bathroom in master suite is very nice. Everyone in the building were very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was perfect for our trip with friends to run the Galveston half marathon. The location was ideal, the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! Great vacation

We have done many VRBOs over the years. This one has had stood out. For the first time I felt the pictures did not do this place Justice. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was great to work with and we couldn't ask anymore from a vacation property.

Marvelous Mini Vacay

My friends and I had an amazing stay! I travel often I've seen a lot of VRBOs, and this is definitely one of my favorites! The entire place is nice and spacious, and the decor is perfect for the space. The cherry on top is that Primary Bath!!! TO DIE FOR!!! The wrap around porch, the view and the pool are all a close second. The pics are very well done, and you truly get what you see...which is not always the case. I look forward to returning! Perfect Location

We had a nice time and enjoyed the media room on the 6th floor watching baseball game, played pool and ping pong in the gameroom. We walked to Marcos for dinner and easily had another dinner on the strand which was 5-10 min drive. House was very nice and had everything we could need. They had staple supplies to get us checked in which was very thoughtful. We look forward returning again!

50th. birthday celebration

There were five of us in our party, all adults and we found the condo to be very clean and in excellent condition. Our hosts, Tim and Lisa Sawyer were very accommodating to us with supplying information that we needed to know about their condo and also the Emerald by the Sea facility. The condo had lots of room in it making it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of us.

All things considered!

Came into Galveston for a holiday weekend boys trip to fish and relax. Emerald is a great property and this condo was perfect for the 4 of us! A true master w/nice king bed and 2 bedrooms w/queens… exactly as described. Someone had to get the pullout sofa, and he said it was comfortable and got some good sleeps on it. Super clean condo with fantastic amenities; great kitchen with all the utensils and enough plates for a garden party, the bar area was a great gathering spot for planning, chatting, eating and drinking, the rooms were dialed in, and the master bathroom is to die for!!! Superb location, as it’s within minutes to the beach, bars, and restaurants…. And easy access to the The Strand area where we enjoyed more eating and drinking festivities. Will definitely book here again and might plan our dates around its availability!!! Thanks for the great spot!!!!!

Galveston weekend getaway

Owners were terrific. Condo was perfect for four adults. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only thing that was just a little disappointing was the view. When we filtered our search on VRBO, we included an ocean view. We did have a distant ocean view but not as close as what we thought we were getting. There are great views from the pool area. And we were extremely impressed with the parking facility, on-site staff and security. We would certainly recommend this unit and these owners to anyone as long as you understand the ocean view/beach filter on VRBO is far reaching.

Amazing Property

This condo was sensational. We loved how many windows were in the unit, especially in two of the three bedrooms! The views were amazing with Pleasure Pier and Galvez in the distance. We loved watching the 4th of July fireworks from the comforts of inside. Communication with Tim was very efficient and professional. Check in and all the amenities were easy and top notch. The only area of improvement would be that there was some sand and hair still in the tubs (we didn't go to the beach this trip) and that the fan blades could use a good dusting. But other than that, everything was very clean. I loved the decor of this condo- very relaxing and tastefully beach themed. The towels were great and all of the appliances worked great. The AC was easy and great. The only improvement would be to fix the knob of the Jack and Jill toilet- was a bit wobbly and hard to push. But on the whole- everything was top notch and excellent. We look forward to staying here again!
