Kleinmann - Galveston Beach Lodge

Let the good times roll at Galveston Beach Lodge! This mini-compound has space for 16 people spread out over two homes— the main house in front and the guest suite in the back. This bright and vibrant coastal home is seconds away from the dining and excitement of the Seawall while providing plenty of privacy and peace for your whole crew. In between trips to the beach, take a dip in the pool, relax on the back patio with a cool drink, and grill some dinner on the outdoor barbeque.



● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.



● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 3 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn.



● Beach Access: A quick walk or 30 second drive from the beaches at the Seawall.



● Private Pool: We have an above ground pool in the backyard between the Beach Lodge and Guest Suite! The pool has a wraparound deck.



● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.



● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates



● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.



● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.



● Parking: There is room for 5 cars in the driveway.



The main house is a charming ranch style dwelling, welcoming you with a bright turquoise door and trim. Inside, the spacious living area flows seamlessly from the front door to the back, perfect for socializing and connecting with your group.



The open kitchen awaits you at the end of the living area, featuring crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances with pops of color on the pantry door and dishware. This well-equipped kitchen is sure to be the heart of your gathering, ideal for preparing everything from morning coffee to refreshing afternoon drinks. A convenient laundry room is located nearby.



For a restful retreat, the master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom boasts two comfortable queen-size beds and a built-in full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for families. Walking past the kitchen, you`ll find two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a King bed with a TV, and the bedroom on the left has a queen bed as well as the washing machine and dryer.



Stepping outside, you`ll find a great sized pool and wraparound deck, perfect for your family and friends. Behind the pool is a spacious guest house with a charming kitchenette and bar seating across the cobblestone patio. The living area is infused with cheerfulness thanks to a colorful shiplap accent wall, and is equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa and a flat-screen TV. Behind the living area lies a queen-size bedroom and a full bathroom with a step-in shower. A wooden patio between the main house and guest house offers a perfect spot for sunbathing, grilling, and enjoying meals together.



Galveston Beach Lodge`s unique layout, with two connected homes on one level, is ideal for large groups and families with diverse needs, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for in-laws, grandparents, or older children. Additionally, its prime location, steps away from the Seawall, allows for easy access to restaurants, the beach, and other attractions. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll, a bike ride, or a quick drive, Galveston Beach Lodge is the perfect launching point for your unforgettable Texas Gulf Coast getaway.

Sweet 16 trip was successful!

The place was perfect for our group! My daughter had a wonderful 16th birthday! Teenagers and adults enjoyed this place. So cute and surprisingly spacious! I loved the little guest house behind the house! It was perfect for separating the boys from the girls in our group when it was time for bed. Great place, don’t hesitate!

Delightful - Clean - Cozy - Minute walk to the Beach!

Wonderful home!! The spacious layout was absolutely perfect for our group, and my parents loved the back bungalow. Two homes for the price of one! The patio area is such a perfect hangout when we weren't at the beach, and you can hear the waves from the backyard! The decor was perfect, the furniture and beds were cozy, and you just can't beat a short walk to the sea wall and beach! We will be back.

Stay was quiet. Fire pit not usable. I had permission to pull plants in order to use it but I’m not an employee or the host. Pool also was an issue. Not full when it did fill with hose leak was discovered. Host was responsive and polite on the issues.

Quaint and Spacious

The AC was nice and cool when we first walked in. We LOVED the open space LR/Kitchen layout. The place is small, but somehow there are also many places to hang out and plenty of room for guests to sleep comfortably. The location had two areas out back to hang out & we loved the little guest house too! We could tell that the owners really put in some TLC when decorating- they achieved a super chill yet festive vibe. My MIL commented several times how much she loved the decorating! The kitchen had all utensils etc., we didn't need to buy anything. The house is located near the seawall and is also nice and quiet, a cute neighborhood. Would stay here again for sure!

Good afternoon, our stay was discussed and decided on mutually, Loved the home overall but due to fact of being 6 seniors ages 62-76 there were NO TV'S in the MASTER OR 1st bed rooms, the seating was uncomfortable, and the Mattresses............... If you are only providing a single mattress on Beds at least make if Comfortable ones.

Troubles galore

I don’t like to give negative feedback so I contacted management about a partial refund…no reply. So we had the following issues while here. 1. Main house refrigerator was not working upon arrival. Explained it was hot, not cool. Told to give it 24 hours. 2. Main house washer did not work. 3. Fridge and washer replaced in 24 hours. 4. Ceiling began leaking day of arrival. Notified manager. Sent pics of issues. Ceiling sagging, paint falling and toddler tried to eat some. 5 more than 24 hours later, maintenance main repaired the ceiling board, removed insulation, tacked up ceiling board and noted that it was a roof or ac issue. 6. Ceiling continued leaking the entire time we were there. We have had to clean up water, debris and messes. 7. Fridge in back bungalow doesn't shut well. Door stays open. Propped stool against it. 8. Replaced washer did not work well. She delivered statement was, not sure of this one is refurbished, good or not, let us know. We did…crickets. 9. maintenance man, this unit is having lots of issues, it needs an overhaul. Agreed. Not happy. Don't want to give a bad review but truly believe we should get a partial Refund.
