Don't Cross Seawall to Get to the Beach!!!

Only 2 vehicles allowed on property. No parties allowed, no smoking in condo, and no loud activities please. No pets. HOA has strict NO animal policy and service or special needs dogs will not be allowed without an approved application. Service Animal Application MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to rental. You can ask us for the application. Unapproved animals are fined $250 by HOA. Violation of condo rules will result in loss of deposit.
Lovely 1 bedroom Condo with Queen size bed, Queen size sofa-bed and bunk beds for two at Seascape Condos in Galveston (We also have Seascape property 1305485 and a Galveston canal house 2060833).
Open the balcony door. Feel and smell the ocean breeze. Walk down to the pool and access the beach through a nice wooden walkway with a coded security gate. While other Galveston travelers are hassling with trying to park on Seawall to access the beach, or (even worse) trying to dodge cars while crossing Seawall to get to the beach, your route to the beach is a short, quiet walk (with no busy road to cross!).
If you are not in the mood for bouncing around in the surf, retreat to the heated pool or one of the three hot tubs.
Our condo is fully stocked with kitchen stuff, beach toys, even fishing equipment! Sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. Includes Internet (wi-fi and ethernet) and Cable TV with Premium channels, Netflix, and Amazon prime (Netflix and Prime use your own account).
Seascape is a family friendly destination. Security is onsite.
TWO cars per unit is allowed by HOA.
This is the Scott family vacation home, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We will treat you like family. Anything consumable within the condo is yours to use. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend or family vacation.
We offer discounts for stays of seven days or more. Take a break from school or work and reward yourself!

We had a great stay in this small condo right on the ocean. It was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was easy, and we really enjoyed being able to spend time on the beach without having to put effort into getting there.

Great Vacation!

The place was great and exactly what we were looking for. We look forward to being there again next, but hopefully we will stay longer. Being right on the beach and not having to cross the Seawall traffic to get to the beach was amazing.

Winter get away

I stayed for several weeks and had my granddaughters stay with me on the weekends. The beach location was great. The complex was well maintained and the Scott family was very attentive to my concerns in a timely manner. I would like to come back again!

Best experience in Galveston ever

This property was just outstanding! Cleanliness, interiors, furnishing were topp notch. Access to beach was so easy and safe. No need to worry about crossing the road. Our kids enjoyed so much and same for us as well. Our fourth time to Galveston and this one one is the best of all.

Condo is perfect for family. The pool was awesome and beach access is convenient. Well stocked with absolutely everything you would need. I did donate a new hand held can opener. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. We had such a good time. Thank you again for everything.

Great stay!

The property was clean and had pretty much everything we needed and some things we didn't know we would need. There's a beach cart, chairs and fishing poles if you need them. There's onsite coin op laundry and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There's more than enough kitchen supplies to cook and a great selection of nearby restaurants and stores. I also loved that we didnt have to cross the street to get to the beach and that this is down the road so it's a much calmer environment than the strip just miles up the road. Overall, we loved it and if we visit Galveston in the future we will definitely try to get this place again.

Short and sweet

We expected crowds since it was Spring break. Love the how private everything was. Everyone was friendly from the security to the grounds keeper. The condos are family oriented. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located on your own private beach. The unit had just the right amount of linens and paper items for our stay. You can see the beach from the balcony. The unit is on the side facing the RV park. We didn't mind and my kids enjoyed watching the residents and their dogs. We will definitely be back.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I waited 48 hours before writing this review in hopes of getting some type of acknowledgment from the owners as I do not like writing bad reviews! Such a wonderful stay with my family turned into such a disappointment. I have stayed at the Seascape Condos several times and have enjoyed my stay every time. Even this time at the Scott’s place. It wasn’t until I got home and received a message from the owner saying the master mattress had been urinated on and I was being charged an additional $50. The housekeeper sent them a picture of a disgusting, huge pee stain on the mattress cover at the top of the bed with the sheet pulled back. I called Mr. Scott, who told me his wife would reach out to me. I did not hear from her, so I attempted to message her repeatedly to explain to her that I was the only one who slept on that bed the entire time and assure her that I had not urinated at the head of the bed. She never replied to any of my messages. I’m an honest person and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I will not be staying in the Scott’s family rental again. And if you decide to, I recommend pulling off all the bedding and inspecting it before your stay and take pictures for evidence. If anything, I feel like I’m due an apology etc. for sleeping in a huge pee stain near my face for 2 nights!

The check in process was easy and smooth sailing. Great communication with property manager. The facilities were clean. Kitchen stocked adequately with coffee maker and coffee grinder. Property was clean and quiet. Gated facility right on the beach. I was grateful for the property having beach umbrella and chairs available to use.I highly recommend!!!!

This place was perfect for my family of 5, of 4 adults and 1 teenager. We made breakfast and all the things I needed to cook was available. The wagon was definitely a plus to take down things to the beach. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was good with enough room for all of us. I will definitely stay again.
