You will be staying in 'DolphinSmile', a luxury condo sitting on the seawall of Galveston Island. We invite you to share our fun creation, a playful dolphin theme for the family while still saving a little luxury for you. Pamper your senses with soft new leather and sandy-beach colored tile. The over-sized master bedroom has a wonderful water view from the king-size bed. The other bedroom sleeps two in a queen size bed. The hallway area hosts 2 adult sized bunks. The leather sofa sleeper folds out for 2 more. Enjoy! This condo also has a convenient washer/dryer. Save food budget in your fully equipped kitchen. Wherever you choose to stay, I hope you bring home many special Galveston memories.

* No events or parties (including Spring Break or Prom)
* No hidden fees or additional taxes.
* Clean, fresh air only. No smoking or pets allowed.
* Upon arrival, the Maravilla front office will collect a parking/swim band fee, credit card only.

1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.

Amazing view, quiet location in the facility. Far enough back off the busier road to not hear the traffic yet close enough to hear the waves from dusk through the evening. Beach access is wonderful. Great stay

It was very clean and nice! No complaints at all. I loved that we could sit on the balcony and watch our 10 and 12 year old swim in the heated pool. Our little dog had a great stay too, nice dog friendly areas. We walked to the beach several times. Owner was very good at communicating

My wife and I have stayed multiple times over the last 10 year in the Dolphin Smile View. Every year we consider other condominiums, but in the end always go back to the Dolphin Smile. It's a great value now during the upgrade of the entire property!

This property was exactly like the site showed. Construction is being down at this facility but it did not interfere in any way. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger pot for cooking in. I will stay again here.

This is a wonderful beachfront condo in a well-maintained complex. Anything you can think of was supplied. I appreciated that there was an elevator and we didn’t have to walk up to the third floor. Beautiful poolside and beach views from the balcony.

This condo was perfect for our family Christmas trip! Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We had plenty of room for family of 6. Everyone had their own bed-always a plus. The kitchen was just like home with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. On top of all that, Dave was an amazing host and had great communication. This is definitely the place to stay in Galveston!

My husband and I and daughter and 2 of our Grandchildren had a wonderful time with lots of memories made! The condo was just as beautiful as picture with great views! We loved our time at this condo, and wanted to extend it, but when you are in an amazing condo, it stays booked. I can't think of a single thing that our hosts could have provided that was lacking. Coffee, condiments, amazing decorator touches that you don't always find in rentals. These hosts are stars!

We loved being out of the hustle and bustle, but still being close enough to jump back in when we wanted! Property looks exactly like pictures. Clean, and lots of storage! We utilized the pier that is located near by and caught multiple fish! Galveston was one of our favorite family vacations, part of the reason being we had a great place to come back to after all the “fun!” Lots of memories made for our family (2 adults, 4 kids) and we would gladly stay in this property again!

Dave's property is truly a gem. The view is breathtaking. It is so nice to wake up in the morning seeing the beach and hearing the waves. Very relaxing. The condo itself is complete with all the things that we needed. We were able to cook since it has the kitchen stuff that we needed. The washer and dryer is a big plus. Bed is comfortable. Dave also responds to our message fast and checked on us on what we needed. Dave and Pam's place truly deserve the 5 star rating. Will definitely be booking this place again once we are back in Galveston. My family loved it.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. My kids were over the moon to see a bunk bed, and when my husband and I wanted some peace and quiet, we very much appreciated the TV in the second bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked, even with aluminum foil and ziplocks that came in quite handy. The highlight, though, is the property manager. He was so welcoming, and I left feeling that I'd gained a friend simply due to his warm and open communication. We'll definitely return!

Overall, we had a great stay! When we arrived one of the elevators was down, which was challenging getting our luggage upstairs to the third floor. The next day we were able to find other usable elevators so didn’t have to take the stairs! The condo was great and very clean! I wished we had been able to use to balcony more but the mosquitoes were horrible in the evening! So that kept us inside instead of being able to enjoy the sounds of the ocean! He pools were great and we might have been the only crazy people in the non-heated most days but the kids loved the pool with the island! Thanks again for everything!
