● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: 1-2 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Coconut Cottage is a 3-bedroom Galveston beach house located in the Sea Isle community. Being a short 1-2 minute drive (or a manageable walk) to the beach, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the ocean, followed soon by a rinse in your private outdoor shower. Then head upstairs and relax on the front porch as you dry off in the sun and soak up the views. Challenge your crew to foosball or classic arcade games in the game room. Need more space to relax? Head downstairs to the open-air with a bar area, complete with a BBQ pit – let the cookouts commence..

Step inside Coconut Cottage and feel the beach vibes flow! The open concept living area is designed for relaxation. Curl up on the large sectional and watch a movie on the big screen TV, or gather around the kitchen peninsula with additional seating to chat and plan your next adventure. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up meals after a day at the beach.

When it`s time to unwind, the bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed for a restful night`s sleep. The second bedroom caters to families with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. The third bedroom doubles as the game room, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed and classic arcade games for hours of entertainment.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
