The spacious kitchen has a peninsula bar with seating for four, plus additional seating for your group at the dining table. The main level has two spacious bedrooms, each with king-size beds— making this home ideal for couples travelling together. A convenient laundry room and a full bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway are also on this level.

At the top of the staircase is a lofted lounging space with a kitchenette— complete with a second refrigerator for extra food storage— that looks out over the main level living area. It’s an ideal spot for kids or teens to find their own space, and the sofa pulls out to a full-size bed. Head outside through the glass door and onto the third-level deck space, with panoramic views of the quiet area and the ocean beyond. There are two additional bedrooms on this level— each with a queen-size bed and charming, triple-stacked twin-size bunk beds that the kiddos will adore. Who’s gonna get that top bunk? Each bunk room also has its own large vanity and closet space that leads to a shared jack-and-jill bathroom.

When your group is ready to hit the beach, the sandy shoreline of Terramar Beach is only a quick drive, bike, or walk away. Simply slip on your flip flops, throw your beach towel over your shoulder, and go.
