The Pearl Suite is a charming one-bedroom retreat tucked on the second floor of a historic Galveston home. With a king bed, comfy living area, and access to shared outdoor spaces, it’s a peaceful escape close to the beach, The Strand, and local dining. SUITE IS LOCATED IN A SHARED HOME.

● Location: Historic downtown area of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles on the street. Street parking only.

Inside, the bedroom features a plush king bed, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. The suite’s full bathroom and compact kitchen provide everything you need for a relaxed stay, whether you’re brewing coffee before a morning stroll or winding down after exploring the island.

Outside, enjoy access to the home’s shared yard, complete with picnic tables, a BBQ pit, and a fire pit perfect for quiet evenings or social nights with fellow travelers.

The Pearl Suite is one of three private units within this historic Galveston home, offering a blend of privacy, charm, and shared community space in one inviting coastal setting.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
