- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.

- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

The location of these cottages is great! Walk to the beach, walk to nearby restaurants and shops, which we did. It was a quick stay for us (one night) and it was perfect for our needs. The cottages are a little older and they have done many updates.

There wasn't a remote to the tv and was told to just download an app. also, they said we couldn't check in earlier due to needing to be cleaned but we didn't find it very clean. Also, we seen a few roaches.

You can hear and feel the ships pass by due to the infrastructure and proximity to the shoreline. Furniture was not very sturdy.

Itsa $36-$50 hotel room

Thus place is run down but well woth $50 but not 50 plus tax, cleaning fee , Vebo fee and Host fee. This was ridiculous fir what our cost ended up really being nightly we could have stayed in a nice hotel room

Mom/Daughter trip

The size was okay for 2 people but not really anywhere to put clothes or hang towels. There was only a light over the bed and a lamp. The main living area had no lights so it wasn’t very lit up at night. The shower was scalding hot and we could not get cold water no matter what we did. There was no cold water in sinks either. Remote was dead. We bought batteries so we could at least watch tv at night. Cleaning my van took our parking spot (that we were told to use,) when we told them we needed to park there they were rude and proceeded with cleaning for about 5 more minutes before finally coming out and moving their van to all the other empty spots. There were no blankets available. There was, what looked like a beach towel, folded by couch but it smelt like vomit. We chose to go purchase our own blankets. It allowed us a place to sleep but aside from that we would probably not book here again.
