I am still waiting to hear about my refund since I could never get in the room since they gave me the wrong codes for the room. I had to pay for another room on the spot that set me back 400 dollars while out there. There is no reason why I should have paid for two rooms when I used one and this was yalls mistake not mine

Entry to the rental was wonky. The door handle was broken and code would only work 5 out of 10 tries. AB Sea Resorts manager had to come down to the property to let us in and did offer to change to a unit over looking the road. (No thanks) The apartment / condo itself had an odor as well, like it needed to be cleaned throughout. (We bought some Fe-breeze.) The location was perfect, close to dining, and the water. The views right on! The property and pool and surrounding grounds were well maintained.

Don’t depend on your prepaid vacation

Check in wad after 4pm so we arrived at 5pm. Even though we paid for our reservation in advance. They could not find our reservation. They told us we should call them directly and not use your service. They were very very rude. We had to find another place to stay. And cut our little get away short.

Booked through Expedia. we were left instructions to go to another hotel to pick up keys if it was after hours. there was no keys. you cant get a live person on the phone, so we sat outside for 2 hours until midnight and someone had to give us a room elsewhere. please book with a place that has a 24/7 office hours!! worst experience ever

You have to drive 3 miles from the property to check in followed by another stop at the actual property’s lobby and then another 3 miles to check out. The room smelled like the windows hadn’t been opened since the 70’s. There were blood stains on the wall. The couch bed was hanging on by a thread and we were left with no sheets to fix the bed. The air conditioner needed repairs. There were approx 15 loud people in the pool until well after 11p. The shower was not designed for people taller than about 5’5. I was very disappointed.

The hotel was in walking distance of several restaurants. Only down side no indoor pool. During our stay the temperature never got above the 70's. Overall good place. Loved the Gulf view and walking on the beach.

Very small suites

Property is right across the road from the beach and you can walk to restaurants. Although we could see the gulf we were on the road side of the property which had a lot of noise. The suites are very small, we had a one bedroom for two adults and two children. The children's bunk beds were very small and I would say only suitable for children under 10. There is also a sofa bed but it would very cramped with six, especially as there is one small bathroom. Also be careful of the extra charges when you check out, they should really include them in the nightly rate. If the room was larger and we had not had the road noise it would have been a lot more pleasurable. I doubt we would go back.

Here For A Galveston Wedding

We were very impressed with facility. The condo had plenty of extra bedding and was nicely kept. Even though we booked through a private booking agent the staff in the lobby were very helpful and pleasant. The area was accessible and quiet. Will definitely recommend to others.

Nice suite. Across Seawall Blvd from the beach

Nice suite. Hardwood floors, has a fully stocked kitchen. The doorwall window shade chain didn't work but I just raised it by hand, no big deal. Suite was great. Only confusing part was checking in, I had to go through a travel agency, not Casa Del Mar. This wasn't included in the directions.

Across the street from the beach. Spacious rooms and bunk beds for kids. My room didn't have a dishwasher and the stove didn't work and the kitchen sink stopper used to wash dishes was broken. Tv remote didn't work even when I went to the office for a new remote and that one didn't work either. So I didn't like the fact I had to turn to what I wanted to watch by hand. Overall the resort was convenient to shopping areas.

When we arrived the place to pick up our key was closed. Got to the room, the bathroom toilet was clogged, tried calling agency emergency # didn't get a call back till the next morning, had to go to a Walmart and purchase a plunger. Manager did nothing to compensate.

The suite was very clean and comfortable and kitchen facility was a great help. Restaurants and stores were close by, some next door.
